I couldn’t find Fin the other morning and then finally I caught a glimpse of her mismatched self-dressed PJ-clad self, hanging out in what can best be described as sloth-pose lounging under our breakfast nook table, staring outside.
When we designed our home, it was important to me that our windows dropped all the way to the floor on our main level – I now know our daughter (and our dog) really appreciate my vision as they both spend a lot of time looking out while seated on the floor.
I also frequently laugh at the creativity that Finley brings to maximizing all aspects of our furniture. I regularly find her doing crazy things and having a blast of course! None of these were planned when we picked furniture so it is a pleasant surprise to see her make herself comfortable.
