Mondays and Thursdays mean Mommy gets dedicated time to work out with high-intensity interval training with Cris from I-Earn Life. HIIT is the thing you do, especially when you are 40+ and a Mama. It’s quick, it’s brutal, it keeps you moving. Monday and Thursday morning sessions are a sacred time for me and I don’t let things get in the way of this appointment. Right now we’ve been boxing a lot and I love the intensity of it. On my off days, I’ve been riding my Peloton and doing yoga sessions. I’m hoping to get back out for runs (it’s just been so cold + wet) and would love to add in pilates again as I really miss it.
Fellow school mom and friend Lisa showed up for her session and we had to compliment each other for great fashion taste as we both showed up in the same gear! Great minds.
